Ooh La La Skin Care creates exceptional products. Our body butters are created with organic butters and oils which have a melting point of 80-90 degrees. Due to the nature of this product during the summer months our butters could arrive liquified. We have taken measures to help with this by including 2-day dry ice packs. We additionally stamp each package “perishable”, but this is only recognized by the USPS. Even with these additional steps taken there is no guarantee that your butter will not arrive in a solid state. Therefore, we recommend before opening place in the refrigerator or freezer for a few hours. Once re-solidified you may remove from the refrigerator/freezer and leave out at room temperature. Now you may open your butter and WALLAH your butter is good for use.

The base ingredients of our products are organic, whole, and raw.
